Excellent hotel. The designers seemed to have paid attention to every detail. My favorite element of the design were these little portholes on the bottom of the bathroom door that doubled as a night light if the bathroom light was on. The bed was also very comfortable, internet was free, a pretty decent breakfast at the beautiful hotel restaurant was included in the rate, and they also gave us two drink tickets when we checked-in, although we did not get a chance to use them as our stay in krakow was brief. The hotel staff was also very attentive and recommended some great places to eat and enjoy the evening. Given the convenient location five minutes between kazimierz and the old town, it was easy to get just about anywhere you'd want to go. Would definitely stay here again!
The stuff was very helpful. Breakfast very good
Glasses and another hanger in the bothroom; paper garbage can in the room; shelfs in the closet; pen and paper on the desk; radio in the room or music channel in Tv. Brand new 4 stars hotel with no aircondition in the room????
Big and very cleaned room, the hotel is quite new!
The staff could not do enough. They arranged private drivers and tours, airport transfers and gave excellent tour advice. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable I did not want to get out of bed! The restaurant is nothing less than gourmet. Bar staff and wait staff aim to please. Morning Buffet complete, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
Nice clean new and perfect located
Only thing missing is a saftybox in the room ,the rset perfect
The reality did not match with the internet description. No spa, no parking, located on a noisy street.
Where it was situated...and the personal...AGATHA!!
They could let us know in the restaurant that we could hace warm breakfast. We did not know and saw the last day that it was included. The service in the breakfast room was not good....it was just."cooffee or te.."
New design hotel. Quiet near downtown. Great breakfast.
We booked a mansard, but finally gave us a normal room becuasue of some problems with insect. Private parking is approx. 1 kilometer from hotel.
Brand new hotel with stylish design and well-equipped rooms. Exceptionally friendly reception desk staff. Great breakfast buffet. Rooms on the back side (some with view on city/citadel towers) very quiet. Located mid-way between old city centre and Kazimierz (jewish district), both within reasonable walking distance.
There will be contrasted experiences with this hotel. Located between old Krakow and the old Jewish district, it is actually in a rather run- down neighborhood. Expect to walk 10-15' in less pleasant surroundings before getting to the tourist attractions (nothing insurmountable, but not very romantic). Most importantly, the hotel is on a main boulevard with heavy and speedy traffic. Rooms on the back side have a nice view and are wonderfully quiet (you can hear the trumpet playing the hours on the Main Square), but rooms on the street side are quite noisy even with the windows closed. The exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of staff cannot make up for this inherent flaw and they are constantly struggling to accommodate people on the back side. So, make sure you have a room with a view on the back side, or just forget about this otherwise very nice hotel!
All is great, good staff and breakfast Thanks
design, newest, good breakfast. The room lokked to street, it was loudly. WE have booked the room looked to castle, but the staff of the hotel tell us that there is no spare room looked to castle.
The location is half way between the Jewish District and Wawel Castle (both les than 10 minutes away), and in 10 minutes or just over you can be in the Market Square. The design is minimalist, everything is new and fresh, the staff were lovely and the food fantastic. Because it is so new there were not enough people in the restaurant (which also doubles as the bar) so there is no atmosphere at all, but that may change if it gets more well known and popular (though that may be unlikely given the plethora of other places to eat and drink already established in the city).
This hotel is newly opened and everything was not in place when I was there however Staff tried to be as helpful as they could be under the circumstances and as just opened everything is fresh
This hotel is newly opened and everything was not in place when I was there, these are things that propably (hopefully) will change over time, such as lack of info in rooms, quick dials on phone, parking processes etc. But just minor details. However the by far largest issue was the lack of Airconditioned rooms, its a newly opened hotel that does not provide AC on all rooms, just on one floor!!!! and it did not seem like a temp solution either, which in July resulted on the worst night and sleep of my vacation, so glad only booked and stayed one day. Should expect more from a hotel aiming for a certain status.
Hurrah to this great hotel, created with taste and care and newly opened. We wish them all success (let's just hope they'll kep the prices!).
Beautiful view from the room - we got balcony with the view at Wawel Castle. Very quiet - we slept very comfortably despite location in the city center. Great beds. Beautiful interiors. Very clean. Great value for money.
5 minutes walk to the Market Square (but on the other hand very close to Wawel Castle and Jewish district)
